Inspired by the culinary heritage of the hotel, Executive Chef Ercan Yamantürk designed the menu especially for gourmands and champagne enthusiasts with Veuve Clicquot champagne pairing menus. Each dish is paired with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, Veuve Clicquot Rosé, Veuve Clicquot Rich or Veuve Clicquot Grand Dame champagne, all designed to elevate the taste, aroma and ingredients of the recipes.
